These prizes are open to residents of all countries who are members in good standing in the Forum, (NOTE: “IN GOOD STANDING” MEANS THAT THEY HAVE CONTRIBUTED A POST AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH FOR AT LEAST TWO CONSECUTIVE MONTHS) but the winner will be responsible for any customs or duty taxes which may be levied by their government (this does not apply to entrants in the USA, obviously).
